Burial Story
Gerald Dury was a young man who was born in Toronto, Ontario. He was educated there and moved to Brantford, where he was employed at the Verity Works of the Massey-Harris Company, and later by the H. E. Mott and Company. He was well known for being a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, an international fraternal order of Odd Fellowship. He enlisted on Aug 19, 1950 in Toronto, Ontario. His life tragically ended in result of a blast from a mortar.
