UNMCK - UNITED NATIONS MEMORIAL CEMETERY IN KOREA

By the request of the Canadian embassy and the family of E.G. Mackay, the age at time of death of Pte. Mackay was revised from 18 to his true age, which was 17. This makes Pte. Mackay the second-youngest soldier interred at the UNMCK, after Australian soldier J.P. Daunt, aged 17 years, 4 months, at the time of his death (Mackay was some months older than Daunt).
