UNMCK - UNITED NATIONS MEMORIAL CEMETERY IN KOREA

One of the flowers that symbolizes the early spring is that of the "double cherry blossoms", which blooms in mid-April and can be seen in its utmost splendor. The pink blossoms form thick clusters that look like cotton candy. 

In front of the Memorial Service Hall, we are greeted by marigolds, which are no less wonderful than the double cherry blossom trees. The meaning of the name marigold is "welcome". The various flowers around the UNMCK brighten the mood and lift the spirits.
