Burial Ceremony for Korean War Veteran

On February 9, 2023, the remains of Lee Young-cha, a Korean War veteran who served as a KATUSA assigned to the 7th US Division of the UN Forces, were laid to rest in the UN Memorial Cemetery.
The interment ceremony was attended by Mr. Lee Young-cha's wife and son and several other family members; the Minister-Counselor of the US Embassy in Seoul, Mr. Henry Haggard, and the Principal Officer of the U.S. Consulate in Busan, Mr. Nolan Barkhouse; and the Director of the Busan Regional Office of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Mr. Jeon Jong-ho.
