Dear Korean War veterans Hello, I am Yuri from South Korea. I am here today to write a thank you letter to Korean War veterans. I know that Korean War veterans are not only from Korea but also from other foreign countries. So, I would like to appreciate for their great sacrifice. America, India, Ethiopia, France, England, Thai, New Zealand and etc. Those countries were hero for us. Without them,I would not be here today. In spite of the fact that Korean War was not there war, they gave their life to help my country. This website was the only way for me to appreciate. If I have a chance, I would like to meet the war veterans and show my gratitude. And I hope that war would not occur in the world anymore. It is so awful. Thank you very much to the all Korean War veterans. I thought that everyone in Korea should know about your sacrifice. Therefore, I and my club friends held a lecture about the Korean War in our school. Many students attended the lecture and got knowledge about the war. It was good time for us to remember the war and appreciate the War veterans. I felt very proud of holding the lecture. Again, I truly appreciate to the War veterans for helping my country. I and people in my country know that war does not solve our problem. Thus, people in South Korea are doing their best to improve the relationship with North Korea.
