Hello, I am Cho Han Kyeol from Korea. I am 3rd grade student in Young Hoon International Middle School and I live in Seoul. I got to write this letter to say thank you for your great achivement and help. Now it is getting hotter and hotter in Korea. I wonder how the weather would be like in your country. Actually I love summer, because I can play a lot outside and I can also go to swimming pool. I like swimming very much! I also like to go to the ocean and collect pretty clamshells. I am planning to learn surfing too, and I am really looking forward to it. If I success doing it, I would write the letter to you once more! Please stay healthy until then~ :) Since I take international studies class in school, I have learned a lot about foreign soldier's help during Korean War. While that deadly war, I learned that veterans fought very bravely. I was touched when I heard it. How could you guys fight for other country that you had not heard before? If I were you, I am sure that I would not participate in that war. I think that I would just hide and do nothing even when I was Korean that time! You are very awesome that you gladly helped our country and its people. I am really grateful to your goodwill. Without you, Korea would be in war until now!! However, the sad thing is that we are still divided into North and South Korea. I am really sorry that we have some troubles even though you helped us a lot. I also don’t understand the people of South and North Korea fight, with threatening each other. Therefore, my dream is to become a diplomat. I want to make South Korea and North Korea to reunify and have good relationship again. In the process of becoming the diplomat, I want to model your devoting spirit. I want to be like you, and if I really become a diplomat after I grow up, I would never forget your mind and try to spread that to my friends, too. By this way, I hope that Korea could unite again, and make your glory better. Again, thanks for participating in Korean war. I think Korea is not giving that much reward to your help. However, me and lots of my friends are feeling grateful and respecting your help to our country. It is very unforgettable. I love you so much and I hope that you enjoy rest of your life!! Thank you and I respect you a lot~~ Sincerely, Cho Han Kyeol
