Dear Korean War veterans, Hello, I'm a 16-year-old student named Jeon So Jung. I live in Korea, and I'm writing this letter to say thank you. Thank you for your hard work while the war in our country. I'm sorry to you that perhaps the painful memory of the war. We are living in the great peace due to your sacrifice. I'd like to leave my gratitude in a letter here and console you. I like to watching movies with my friends, and I like doing science experiment as an activity. My family is living happily with my dad, mom, and six years older sister. I take a walk on weekends, and I go on a trip where the good scenery place for a vacation. And also I'm studying in this peaceful country and having fun with my friends. I think why I can live like this happily is because I live in a country where there is no war. I always thank to veterans who fought for our country. Studying and living happily is the virtue of veterans who fought bravely in the war. I'm very grateful for saving me and giving us peace. Without your sacrifice, Koreans would still live in fear. It's a pity that Korea is the only divided country in the world. I hope it will be unified soon. Your brave fight brought our country growth. Thank you again for the veterans sacrifice for protecting our country. I will never forget your great love for our history. I will always live with gratitude. I will study hard and try to live a faithful life for my dream every day to be a person helping my country. I am learning history at school. I was very angry and upset to learn about history because there was so much pain in our country over the past years. I realized that the country's national power is very important, and I think it takes a lot of study and effort for a small country to grow into a great power. I will not forget the sacrifice of our life and the grace of our country for the struggle that made us continue to enjoy this peace. Forget the painful memories at the war and have a good time. I will always live with gratitude. Don't get sick, stay healthy and happy for a long time. Thank you very much. Bye.
