UNMCK - UNITED NATIONS MEMORIAL CEMETERY IN KOREA

Dear, Korean War Verterans Hello, I am Se young Yang, 17 years old student living in South Korea. Sadly, Korea is now divided by Korean War-Ⅰ. For long, most of South Koreans always felt the fear of the war. But recently, the supreme leaders of South Korea, North Korea, and the United States met in Panmunjom Many ore hoping that this meeting would lead to great opportunities to solve the problems between South and North Korea. When I watch this meeting in TV, I feel grateful that the relationship between North Korea and South Korea has been improved this much. My parents also said that, when they where young, our South Koreans always worried about the war between North Korea. But surprisingly in few month Kim Jung Un show a positive posture to us. People are expecting President Trump;s great leadership to continue. Also, President Trump has made a creative decision, and I think it has the advantage of putting his thoughts right into the action. If this meeting would lead to good results, President Trump thinks he contributed greatly to Southeast Asia peace. But even if negotiations do not go in the right direction, they will give clues to the solution of nuclear weapons. Needless to say, this recent meetings are able because UN veterans fight for us.
