Dear Korean War Veteran Hello? I am Chae Hyeon Shin and I am 16 years old in this year. Also I live in Seong nam in South Korea. As you know the new year is coming for us. In this year I feel more special and important. Because I become a third grade in the middle school in Korea. The third grade is the last year in the middle school. So when I celebrate with my family in the new year's day I pray please help me this year will be the best moment for my life. Because I think the year 2020 is very useful and important for my dream. And I am going to study hard by myself and I am going to get a good grade. Before I met a new year, I expect that I feel really enjoyable when I celebrate the new year's day. But this year is not really enjoyable for me. But we say hopeful saying each other. I realized our family pray their wishes in their heart, This way is also good and I can look back our behaviors too. So it is thoughtful time for me:) Now I am going to tell about my goal in this year of 2020. First, as you know I want to get a really good grade. I know I didn't do my best last year. So this year, I will try my best to get the grade I want. First, I will make a plan and act during the vacation. In fact, in this vacation, if I make up for and supplement English or math that I am no good at, I can get along easily when I go to school. And I will try to write planners every day and keep my life in order. I had a lot to regret because I didn't use the planner well in 2019 but I will use my planner in 2020 if I clean it up. There is something I really want to try for the New Year. It is to listen carefully to your parents. Every New Year, I make a pledge, but I always reflect on it because it has not been kept. I hope this year will respect and understand mom and dad's words without being annoyed. As a matter of fact, I didn't listen to my parents too much last year, so I want to show them that I'm following them well this year. So, I will try hard to repay my parents for my hard work. And I want to be a daughter who can make mom and dad happy. And one last thing I want. I hope everyone will be happy and healthy in 2020. Lastly, I would like to thank you for welcoming me to the 2020 New Year with a happy face. I think if it weren't for your sacrifice, it would be a lot different from what it is today.
